Tickets for those who have received notice of selection may be picked up at the University Arts Box Office, in the lobby of the Drama Building at 109 Culbreth Road, between noon and 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 19.  A University ID will be required to pick up tickets.

EVENT ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES
Doors to Old Cabell Hall will open for ticketed entry at 9 a.m. and will close at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 20. A ticket and a University ID will both be required to enter the venue. All ticketed guests must pass through a security screening.  The following items are prohibited in Old Cabell Hall for the event: personal belongings including backpacks, computers, large purses, briefcases, books, portfolios, large cameras (small point and shoot cameras are allowed), video cameras, and umbrellas. Security personnel reserve the right to prohibit additional items as deemed necessary.  Once inside the building, guests will not be allowed to exit and return for any reason.  Cellphones must be silenced during the event.

OBSTRUCTED VIEWING
Fire code restrictions determine the placement of television cameras and still photography personnel at positions that provide adequate power without obstructing access to exits.
Because of the presence of historic columns in Old Cabell Hall and the required placement of TV crews some seating will have obstructed views during the event.

REMOTE VIEWING OPPORTUNITIES
Because seating in Old Cabell Hall is limited and demand for tickets is great, the University will provide remote viewing for the Kerry speech at Alumni Hall, 211 Emmet St. South. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 10 a.m. Parking information forthcoming.

INTERNET VIEWING
The University will livestream the event. Find the webcast or on the University home page.
