Anna Lee (Branscome) Buntin, a former University of Virginia nurse, died Aug. 14 in Charlottesville. She was 91.

Buntin graduated from the U.Va. School of Nursing in 1942 and worked as a registered nurse at the Medical Center. 

She left the nursing profession in 1954 to start a family, then returned to work at Martha Jefferson Hospital from 1971 until her retirement in 1984.
