During a three-week period last summer, motorists heading toward Buffalo on Route 20 may have noticed an unusual billboard. The 1970s-era black-and-white advertisement featured a suave-looking black man posing next to a white VW Bug. The text reads, “There’s a bit of the cool in every bug. Volkswagen Ohio.” ... The Tayloe Murphy Center of University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business is sponsoring the Tayloe Murphy Resilience Awards Competition for the first time this year.
