The numbers behind the $80 million Molly and Robert Hardie Football Operations Center are impressive. In its first full year of operations, the University of Virginia’s football center and its nutrition and training staff:
- Cut the number of player concussions by 71%
- Increased players’ muscle mass by 445 pounds
- Trimmed players’ fat mass by 85 pounds
