Despite a drizzle that turned the Lawn’s grass to mud, hundreds of costumed kids and parents went door-to-door as part of a welcome return to a favorite UVA tradition.
For the first time in two years, Trick or Treating on the Lawn returned to Grounds. That was a reason for hundreds to celebrate, even if the event was a bit damp.
The actions reflect recommendations of the Local Economy Working Group, which is affiliated with the President’s Council on UVA-Community Partnerships.
