February 22, 2008 – Due to construction at the University of Virginia Medical Center, Cavalier Computers' Hospital Branch/Medical Center Bookstore will close the doors to its Lee Street location on Friday, Feb. 29.

Hospital Branch customers may continue to rely on Ronald Stevenson and Mike Dowell to serve their technology needs. Stevenson will move to the DCI Service center, located at One Morton Drive near Bodo's Bagels, and Dowell will move to the showroom at the Cavalier Computers Bookstore Branch, located atop the Central Grounds Parking Garage, across from Newcomb Hall. The Cavalier Computers Hospital Branch will continue to serve its Medical Center customers through the Internet. Log on to www.cavaliercomputers.com beginning March 3 to shop the new enhanced online store.

Cavalier Computers will offer the use of PTAO payment along with the other standard methods to make the purchasing and record-keeping process simple. It will also deliver products twice a day to the Medical Center.
