A printmaker from Detroit has been selected as the Virginia Center of the Book's first Frank Riccio Artist-in-Residency. Amos Paul Kennedy Jr. will be in Charlottesville beginning Nov. 14 to begin work on a collaborative art project he will be undertaking with the community in the city, Albemarle County and the University of Virginia next year. According to a release from the Virginia Center of the Book, the November visit is being made possible by the UVA Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost's Office.
