February 20, 2012 — Registration is open for this spring's Exceptional Assistants Network Leaders Program, sponsored by the Leadership Development Center at the University of Virginia. Participation is free.

The EAN Leaders Program is a four-day leadership experience designed to assist employees serving in administrative support or service roles. Participants will engage in a series of topic-specific learning sessions led by a team of experienced leadership and organizational development professionals.

Sessions, scheduled for March 28, April 3, April 10 and April 18, incorporate hands-on learning to expand understanding, skill and professional competencies. Content is geared toward the practical, real work issues facing employees in higher education and specifically those working at U.Va.
