December 5, 2008 — Current and retired faculty and staff of the University of Virginia will receive a discount for weekend meals purchased at the Observatory Hill Dining Hall, U.Va. Dining Services announced.
The discounted meal rates are $7.75, plus tax, per person for brunch; and $8.75, plus tax, per person for dinner, a savings of $1.75 per meal. The rates will be offered indefinitely.
"We invite you to join us for a healthy, vibrant meal at O-Hill," said Brent Beringer, director of U.Va. Dining. "Bring your family and friends for this discounted rate and let us do the cooking — we are especially proud of our Sunday brunch."
Discounted rates are available for brunch and dinner on Saturday and Sundays at Observatory Hill Dining Hall only. University identification is required. Metered parking is available.
Observatory Hill Dining Hall will close for the holidays after dinner Dec. 16 and reopen Jan. 11 for dinner.
