It’s an especially big year for Reunions at the University of Virginia. Over the course of two weekends, beginning Friday, UVA’s Alumni Association will welcome members of 10 different classes and the Thomas Jefferson Society.
The first weekend, an especially distinguished group of alumni will be welcomed back to Grounds: female members of the Class of 1974, the University’s first fully-coeducated class.
Also returning to Grounds that first weekend are undergraduate alumni from the Classes of 1994, 1989, 1984, 1979 and 1974. The weekend of June 7 will celebrate younger alumni in the Classes of 2019, 2014, 2009, 2004 and 1999.
Both weekends will feature special dinners on the Lawn; tours of new and renovated spaces, including the Contemplative Commons and the University Chapel; and a reception with President Jim Ryan.
Travel back to last summer’s Reunions with this edition of Hoo? What? Where? Can you find an orange hat? How about the lemon dress? Test your skills and share your results with your friends and family. Happy Reunions!
