At a ribbon-cutting Wednesday, Hospice of the Piedmont and UVA Health System officials unveiled the new Center for Acute Hospice Care,  a “cutting-edge, state-of-the art” 10-bed unit at the UVA Transitional Care Hospital on Ivy Road.
