Three sections are scheduled at the North Grounds Recreation Center's multipurpose room 1, also on the same days: from 6 to 7 a.m., noon to 1 p.m. or 6 to 7 p.m.
The fee is $45 for IM-Rec members and $55 for non-members.
Registration is under way for all of IM-Rec's spring fitness and recreation programs.
