March 5, 2008 — Many ITC services, including U.Va. Exchange Service mail, the Central Mail Service and the Instructional Toolkit, will be unavailable overnight from 9 p.m. Thursday, March 6 until 5 a.m. Friday, March 7 to accommodate a major service upgrade.
The upgrade will enhance the reliability and capacity of the file storage system upon which many ITC services rely.
This downtime has been scheduled at night during spring recess in order to minimize its impact on the University community.
