October 24, 2011 — Bonnie Neuman Parrish of Charlottesville died Sept. 25 while in Barcelona. A labor and delivery nurse in the University of Virginia Health System for 19 years, Parrish retired in 2005. She spent the last years of her life traveling around the world.
