Charles McClellan "Mack" Wagner III, 60, of Afton, died April 27. Mack was a registered nurse who worked at the U.Va. Medical Center from 1986 to 2007. He retired as service coordinator for the Department of Plastic Surgery operating room and was a Vietnam veteran, having served as an Army medic.
