Dr. Norman H. Bass, 71, died February 24. He was a neurologist who practiced in Falmouth, Mass. for 10 years prior to his retirement. He moved to Cape Cod after a noted academic career as a physician-educator and neuroscientist holding professorships at Boston University, the University of Pittsburgh, the University of Maryland, the University of Kentucky and the University of Virginia, where he completed his residency in medicine in 1965.
