July 10, 2012 — Richard Shutts, 87, died June 13 in Batesville.
He came to the University of Virginia as a business manager in 1968. He also taught undergraduate classes in marketing. He retired in 1989 as director of real estate and risk management.
He will be interred at the columbarium in the U.Va. cemetery.
