March 15, 2012 — Steven Wendell Evans, 28, died March 6 in Charlottesville. He was a systems administrator in Information Technology Services.

His death was the subject of an article published in today's Waynesboro News-Virginian: "Nelson County man killed in accident remembered."

His funeral was March 10.
