Overton will lie in state at Florida Supreme Court

Former Florida Supreme Court Justice Ben F. Overton will lie in state on Monday in the rotunda of the Supreme Court. The 86-year-old Overton died on Saturday. He earned his Master of Laws in jurisprudence from the University of Virginia in 1984.
