UVA School of Law ranks No. 1 in quality of life and more in 2025 Princeton Review

In The Princeton Review’s annual law school rankings, released last week, the University of Virginia School of Law reclaimed its No. 1 spot for best quality of life and continues to top the list for best professors and best classroom experience.

In the 2025 rankings, the Law School also took No. 5 in Best Career Prospects, No. 6 in Best for Federal Clerkships and No. 7 in Toughest to Get Into.

UVA has ranked in the top 10 in those six categories for the past 12 years. During the same period, the Law School placed in the top five for Best Professors, Best Classroom Experience and Best Quality of Life.

The ranking names the top 10 law schools in 14 categories based on The Princeton Review’s surveys of 19,600 students attending 168 law schools in the United States and surveys of administrators at the schools.
