February 21, 2011 — The University of Virginia's Tech-Connect Community will offer a free presentation, "A Walk in the Clouds: Everyone's Introduction to Cloud Computing," on Thursday from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Clemons Library, room 201.
Attendees are invited to bring a lunch (cookies and water provided) and join Stormy Stark of ITC and Matt Litchfield, technology services manager at Newcomb Hall, as they explain cloud computing in language everyone can understand.
The presentation kicks off Tech-Connect's new series of Brown Bag lunches for 2011, "The Year of the Cloud."
