April 11, 2008 — Watch and listen to the four lectures that comprised the 17th Annual Last Lecture Series at U.Va. this spring. This year's lecturers were Jahan Ramazani (English), Peter Norton (engineering), Valentina Brashers (nursing) and Charles Marsh (religious studies). The Last Lecture Series is an annual tradition at the University of Virginia, providing a forum for distinguished faculty members to lecture to students as if it were their last time to do so.
Student experiences at UVA come in many forms. For Ted Obi, a psychology and pre-med student, his journey took him to Ghana for a telemedicine project supported by UVA’s Center for Global Health and the Parents Fund.
