A robbery was reported to the University of Virginia Police Department a little after midnight on June 21, 2007. The victim reported that he was walking home from work along Emmet Street near the intersection with Copeley Road when he was approached by an individual who grabbed him by the shirt, placed what appeared to be a firearm against his shoulder, and demanded money. Clothing items and a CD player were stolen. The suspect left the area in a silver vehicle driven by an unknown driver.
