Casteen to Give Public State of the University Address Feb. 9

January 11, 2010 — University of Virginia President John T. Casteen III will deliver his annual state of the University address on Feb. 9 at noon in Old Cabell Hall Auditorium.

The University community is invited to attend what will be his final state of the University address before he retires as president Aug. 1 after two decades in office. In addition to events of the past year, Casteen will also discuss the University's evolution over the past 20 years from the unique perspective of his two-decade presidency.

All members of the University community are invited to attend.

This event is free and open to the public.
