Aug. 30, 2008 -- The westbound lane of Lee Street will be closed for most of Tuesday, Sept. 2, to accommodate utility excavation.

Work will start about 9 a.m. and will continue until about 4 p.m. Flagmen will direct traffic around the excavation.
