February 25, 2007 — Applications are due Monday, March 31, for the Faculty/Staff Undergraduate Scholarship, which is available for sons and daughters of University of Virginia faculty and staff who are U.Va. students,

Dependent children of current, full-time faculty and staff who have been employed by the University for at least one year are eligible to apply for the Faculty and Staff Undergraduate Scholarship. Financial need is a preference for the scholarship recipients.

Applicants for the 2008-2009 academic year scholarship may be new, transfer or currently enrolled students at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.  To be considered for the scholarship, all students must complete the Faculty and Staff Undergraduate Scholarship Application by MONDAY, MARCH 31, 2008.

In addition:

• Entering or transfer students must complete:
1) the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and
2) the 2008-09 Entering/Transfer University Financial Aid Application by the Saturday, March 1 priority filing date for entering or transfer students.

• Currently enrolled (returning) students must complete:
1) the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and
2) the 2008-09 Returning Student Verification Form by the Monday, March 31 priority filing date for returning students.
