Dec. 30 is scheduled as the last payday for salaried employees paid on a semi-monthly, semi-monthly paid monthly, and monthly basis.

The additional 16 hours of time off that Gov. Tim Kaine granted for Nov. 26, Dec. 24 and 26 will be credited as compensatory leave that employees can use within the next 12 months.
