October 3, 2008 — Are you interested in a leadership development program designed for aspiring leaders throughout U.Va.? Leadership Strategies is the University of Virginia’s development program for prospective leaders.

Participants will strengthen their capacity to lead by increasing their self-awareness, knowledge and skills. Topics covered during the program include leadership and values, vision and planning, leading change, teamwork, collaboration, communication, conflict, coaching, developing others and career development.

This year’s program site is the Boar’s Head Inn. Leaders and prospective leaders across the University in both administrative and academic roles are eligible. Participants need to submit a nominated registration form.
