University of Virginia President Teresa A. Sullivan sent the following message to the University. 

Dear University Community,

In the midst of the holiday season and as we approach the beginning of a new year, I write to express my profound gratitude for your dedication to the University over the past year.

In 2015, we have experienced a year of significant achievement for the University, with numerous new programs and partnerships coming to life as a result of our commitment to the Cornerstone Plan. As we look toward 2016, we will continue building excellence for the University’s third century.
