December 14, 2010 — Teresa A. Sullivan, president of the University of Virginia, and U.Va.'s Office of State Governmental Relations will host a legislative forum on Dec. 20 at noon in the Dome Room of the Rotunda.
The forum will feature delegates and senators from Central Virginia, including Sen. R. Creigh Deeds, D-Bath; Sen. Emmett Hanger Jr., R-Mount Solon; Del. Robert B. Bell, R-Albemarle; and Del. David J. Toscano, D-Charlottesville.
The legislators will share their viewpoints about the issues facing the 2011 General Assembly Session, including those that may have an impact on the future of higher education, health care, and other state and local community issues. Time will be reserved for questions and comments from the public.
