Dec. 1, 2006 -- Effective Nov. 25, all full- and part-time classified and University staff salaried employees, hired before July 24, 2006, will receive a 4 percent performance increase for receiving a rating of “contributor” or “extraordinary contributor” for the performance cycle that ended Oct. 24.

These raises will show up in an employee’s Dec. 15 or Dec. 29 paycheck (depending on an employee’s payroll type, bi-weekly or monthly). Employees rated “below contributor” will not receive the 4 percent performance increase.

Schools and departments have the discretion to provide pay increases of up to 4 percent for hourly
employees, effective Nov. 25. No central budget is being provided for such increases.
