U.Va. Experts Discuss Health Renewal Through Food and Sleep

Jan. 18, 2007 -- On Jan. 23, from 7 to 9 p.m., Health System experts will discuss how food affects mood, the essential health benefits of sleep, how sleep aids digestion and metabolism, along with discussion and sample tasting of heart-healthy food, including bruschetta. The doctors, nurses and dieticians will also discuss Club Red, a program designed for women especially concerned about their heart health.

The event will be held in the U.Va. Primary Care Center Lobby, 1221 Lee St., next to University Hospital. Free parking is available across the street.
