The marijuana industry’s lack of access to banks is also a problem for regulators and the police. “You don’t want just huge amounts of cash in these places,” Attorney General Eric Holder explained during an appearance at the University of Virginia in January. “They want to be able to use the banking system. James Madison University lent its support to the University of Virginia community during its student-led vigil for Hannah Graham Thursday evening.The JMU Student Government Association organized the event where students sang “Amazing Grace,” spoke freely about their concerns and lit candles as a show of solidarity to bring Graham home.

A candlelight vigil in Alexandria Thursday night was a time for the community to come together for missing University of Virginia student, Hannah Graham.Dozens attended the event at Aldersgate United Methodist Church. The Rev. Dr. Dennis Perry says students at West Potomac High School, where Graham graduated in 2013, initially asked the church to host a prayer vigil just for them. ...
