But the uncertain economy and general dissatisfaction with government combined to put a number of state chief executives in danger this fall, and four states actually gave their incumbents the boot. Hannah Graham, the missing University of Virginia student whose remains were discovered Oct. 18, was a victim of a homicide, the Albemarle County Police Department said Tuesday.
