After running its Executive Leadership Development Program at UCLA for more than a decade, the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications is moving the program to the University of Virginia Darden School of Business this fall. Targeting upper-middle executives of color at cable companies, the program will kick off the first of four sessions at the University of Virginia in October, with each session running three to four days. The program will also conduct sessions in December, February and April.
