A new University of Virginia center is aiming to take a new, broader approach to risky behavior in youth. The program is formally known as Youth-Nex: The UVa Center to Promote Effective Youth Development, and was made possible by a $4 million grant from Philip Morris. The University of Virginia's new president, Teresa A. Sullivan, is wrapping up her first week on the job and is looking ahead to some of the financial challenges the school faces in her first year and beyond.
Sullivan is the eighth president and the first female head at U.Va., one of the nation's premier public universities. She says she has met with U.Va. administrators and deans, along with Gov. Bob McDonnell and state Education Secretary Gerald Robinson since taking office Sunday.

Sultan Kosen of Turkey currently holds the altitudinous title, at a little more than 8 feet tall.
