UVA Move-In Class of 2025: Students, Families Reflect
The orientation program offered students a chance to get to know one another before classes begin this week.
It’s been too long since students’ cheers rang through Scott Stadium. Head coach Bronco Mendenhall and the UVA football team welcomed them back in a special event Friday night.
First-year students – and second-year resident advisers and University Greeters, too – said they were looking forward to “the full UVA experience” – in-person and on Grounds.
UVA’s signature “Wahoo Welcome” is jam-packed with activities, from Opening Convocation on the Lawn to a huge new football pep rally at Scott Stadium.
Rain did not stop the first members of UVA’s Class of 2025 from moving into their dorms Wednesday morning.
We caught up with five dogs around Grounds (and their owners) to hear how they enjoy our beautiful green space.
