University of Virginia Exchange account holders are invited to attend a retrospective session on Wednesday, March 19, to discuss the recent migration to Exchange.
The event will be held in Conference Room B of the Best Western Cavalier Inn from 10 am. to 11:30 am.
Over the past several months, U.Va. CorporateTime users were transitioned to the new U.Va. Exchange Service. Members of Information Technology and Communication now want to hear users' thoughts after having firsthand experience with the new service and the changeover.
Brian Bell, director of U.Va.'s Leadership Development Center, will facilitate the session and ask participants to share what they believe worked, and what they wish had been done differently, throughout the migration process.
Vice President and Chief Information Officer James Hilton, Mike McPherson, and members of ITC and the Exchange Community will be present to listen to the "lessons learned" from the experience in order to improve future ITC rollouts and migrations.
The Best Western Cavalier Inn is located at the corner of Emmet Street and University Avenue. On-site parking is available. Coffee, tea, and soda will be served.
