June 22, 2011 — Parking will be restricted on McCormick Road at the University of Virginia throughout the summer to allow two-way traffic during erosion control work along the West Range.

Parking will not be permitted along either side of McCormick from the Chapel crosswalk to McGuffey Alley. There will also be no parking along McCormick next to Monroe Hall.

Also, Mews, Poe, Patterson, Colonnade and McGuffey alleys will be closed at different times during construction. Pavilion residents and impacted parties will be notified one week in advance of alley closings.

Most of the work should be completed by late August.
