Oct. 5, 2006 -- Effective Nov. 25, all full-time and part-time classified and University staff salaried employees, hired before July 24, will receive a 4 percent performance increase for receiving a rating of “Contributor” or “ExtraordinaryContributor” for the performance cycle ending Oct. 24. These raises will show up in December paychecks.

Employees rated “Below Contributor” will not receive the performance increase. Schools and departments will have the discretion to provide pay increases of up to 4 percent for hourly employees, effective Nov. 25. No central budget is being provided for such increases.
