March 12, 2009 — The Leadership Development Center at the University of Virginia invites members of the U.Va. community to attend the upcoming half-day leadership seminar being offered on April 7.
"Organizations: Leading Through Partnership, Power and Systems" is designed to give participants more clarity about the unique pressures, dilemmas and stresses experienced at all levels of an organization, with a focus on middle management. It will include specific, results-oriented strategies to increase partnership and empowerment throughout an organization. The seminar will also look at personal job satisfaction, critical business issues and sustaining outstanding customer service.
This $125 leadership seminar will be conducted in the Newcomb Hall Commonwealth Room.
