(Editorial) At age 69, William H. “Bill” Wood left this life late last week. He left the Charlottesville area earlier this year, when he and his wife moved to Birmingham, Ala. He left his leadership position at the University of Virginia’s Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership in 2005, where he was the founding director.
