‘Hoo? What? Where?’ Try UVA Today’s Fun, New Seek-and-Find Game

May 26, 2022 By Jane Kelly, jak4g@virginia.edu Jane Kelly, jak4g@virginia.edu

This year, the University of Virginia’s “Balloon Brigade” was back in action, collecting hundreds of floating orbs to donate to UVA Children’s, the University’s children’s hospital.

The effort was founded in 2019 and is led by the University’s Office of Sustainability.

UVA Today is introducing a new interactive game. The first edition follows the theme of balloons and features a colorful tangle surrounding the Homer statue at Saturday’s Final Exercises for the College and Graduate Schools of Arts and Sciences.

The rules are simple. Look for the objects listed in the game and click or tap your screen when you see them. The game is timed. Like the hugely popular game, Wordle, players can even share their game results with friends. So, join the fun of “Hoo? What? Where?” and be sure to keep your eyes peeled for future games.
