The Jefferson Scholars Foundation received more than 2,000 nominations for the scholarships, which provide full financial support for four years of study at the University, as well as a number of enrichment programs.
The rating comes from the Leapfrog Group, a nonprofit focused on hospital transparency and patient safety.
